What We Do
Water‑Jet Cutting
One of the largest water-jet cutters on the West Coast, built to handle serious plate and production work. We cut steel from 26 gauge up to 4″ thick, plus glass, plastics, wood, marble, and granite with clean edges and no heat-affected zone.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting delivers fast, precise cuts in carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum with clean edges and minimal heat distortion. It’s ideal for both production runs and tight-tolerance custom parts that need to be right the first time.
Certified Welding
Our certified welders handle MIG, TIG, laser, and robotic welding on carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum, from thin sheet to heavy plate. Whether it’s structural work, precision fabrication, or field repairs, we deliver clean, reliable welds that meet strict code and inspection requirements.
Bending and Formiing
We use heavy-duty press brakes, including a 350-ton press, to bend and form plate and structural shapes to your exact specs. From simple brackets to complex formed components, we deliver accurate, repeatable results ready for fabrication or installation.
3D Printing & Prototyping
We use 3D printing and CAD to turn concepts into real, testable parts fast. From fit checks to functional parts, it’s a low-risk way to refine your design before full-scale fabrication.
Rigging & Field
Our rigging-certified field crews handle heavy lifts, tight sites, and complex installations safely and efficiently. From planned installs to emergency repairs and shutdown work, we bring the equipment, manpower, and on-site welding capabilities to get it handled on your jobsite.
CNC Milling & Turning
Our full-scale CNC mills and lathes handle everything from small precision parts to large, heavy components in steel, stainless, and aluminum. We deliver tight-tolerance machining with clean finishes, ready for assembly, welding, or final installation.
Robotic Welding & Cutting
Our robotic cells combine precision welding and automated cutting for fast, repeatable production on complex parts and assemblies. They’re ideal for high-volume work that demands consistent quality, tight tolerances, and minimal rework.
