We\u2019re the shop you call when the parts are big, the tolerances are tight, and the timeline is short. From state-contract infrastructure to iconic public art, we take projects from CAD to crane\u2014engineered, fabricated, finished, and installed.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"555\">What we do<\/h2><p data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"947\">We run end-to-end metal fabrication under one roof: abrasive water-jet and laser cutting, certified welding (MIG, TIG, laser), robotic welding for repeatability and throughput, and bending\/forming on a 350-ton press. Our full CNC machine shop supports tight-tolerance features and fixtures, while in-house 3D printing lets us prototype, prove fit, and accelerate tooling before we cut metal.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"970\">Scale + capability<\/h2><p data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1284\">Our facility is built for oversized work: a 52\u2032 \u00d7 325\u2032 bridge crane moves large assemblies safely and efficiently; one of the largest water-jets on the West Coast handles thick plate and specialty materials. We keep a stocked yard of steel, stainless, aluminum, and specialty alloys so jobs can start immediately.<\/p><ul data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"2044\"><li data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1480\"><p data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1480\"><strong data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1300\">Cutting:<\/strong> Abrasive water-jet cutting up to 4\u2033 steel. High-speed laser cutting for crisp precision and repeatable profiles. We also cut glass, plastics, wood, marble, and granite for multi-material projects.<span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1633\"><p data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1633\"><strong data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1495\">Welding:<\/strong> Certified MIG\/TIG\/laser welding across carbon, stainless, and aluminum; <strong data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1587\">robotic welding<\/strong> for production runs and consistent quality.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1765\"><p data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1765\"><strong data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1658\">Bending &amp; forming:<\/strong> Precision bends and complex forms on our <strong data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1717\">350-ton press<\/strong>, plus rolling and custom tooling as required.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1766\" data-end=\"1903\"><p data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1903\"><strong data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1793\">Machining &amp; additive:<\/strong> Full CNC machining and <strong data-start=\"1817\" data-end=\"1832\">3D printing<\/strong> (plastics, rubber, carbon fiber) to prototype, iterate, and deliver.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"2044\"><p data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"2044\"><strong data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1920\">CAD &amp; DFM:<\/strong> We model in CAD, collaborate on design-for-manufacture, and produce jigs\/fixtures to de-risk builds and shorten lead times.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 data-start=\"2046\" data-end=\"2070\">Field work, fast work<\/h2><p data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2336\">We specialize in <strong data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2110\">emergency response<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2134\">quick-turn work<\/strong>. Rigging-certified field crews handle <strong data-start=\"2173\" data-end=\"2210\">on-site delivery and installation<\/strong>, shutdown support, and heavy lifts. Clear schedules, parallel workflows, and in-house capabilities keep critical paths short.<\/p><h2 data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2357\">Quality &amp; safety<\/h2><p data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2595\">From first cut to final inspection, our processes focus on reliability: fit-ups verified against CAD, documented WPS for welding, and practical QA checkpoints.
